Somerville turns to "Neighborways" to slow cut-through traffic

Drivers looking to avoid Greater Boston traffic often cut through residential streets. Somerville is redesigning some of those streets with "Neighborways" which aim to slow cars down and make streets safer. WBZ's Mike Sullivan reports.
