Free November 18 webinar brings together healthcare business speakers to discuss revenue, payer contracts, staffing, and practice operations.

AMERICAN FORK, Utah — October 26, 2026 — Adam Torkildson, co-founder of IdeaWins LLC, will speak at The Advanced Practice Forum, a free online event hosted by Snapscale on Wednesday, November 18, 2026. The forum will run from 11 a.m. to 1:45 p.m. Central Time and is designed for healthcare practice owners, administrators, and managers.

Torkildson’s presentation, “The 6 Ways Independent Ortho & PT Practices Leak Revenue and How to Plug Them,” is scheduled for 11:45 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. Central. The session will focus on identifying revenue leakage in independent orthopedic and physical therapy practices, including issues involving revenue cycle management, benefits, and contracts.

The forum brings together speakers addressing different parts of running a healthcare practice. David Zetter, president of Zetter HealthCare LLC, will discuss payer contracts, credentialing gaps, and follow-up processes that can affect practice revenue. Ray Brunner, senior account executive at HR for Health, will cover onboarding, employee handbooks, and HR compliance systems.

Nathan Bush, Snapscale’s senior vice president of sales and marketing, will host the event, lead scheduled question-and-answer segments, and deliver the closing presentation.

The program is organized around a practical question for practice leaders: Which problem should they fix first? Sessions will examine business and operational issues that compete for owners’ attention, with opportunities for attendees to ask questions following the first three presentations.

According to Snapscale’s registration page, attendees will receive the Fix-First Scorecard, a tool designed to help practices compare operational problems and choose an initial priority. Registrants will also receive access to the event replay.

The scorecard asks participants to list up to eight problems and assess each using four considerations: the cost of waiting, how many people the problem affects, whether it can be addressed within 30 days, and whether someone owns the work. Participants use those scores and tie-breaking guidance to select a first priority and develop a one-page plan.

The latest event schedule opens with Zetter’s presentation at 11 a.m. Central, followed by a question-and-answer segment and transition at 11:30 a.m. Torkildson’s presentation begins at 11:45 a.m., with questions scheduled for 12:15 p.m. Brunner will present at 12:30 p.m., followed by questions at 1 p.m. Bush’s closing presentation runs from 1:15 to 1:45 p.m.

For attendees in the Mountain time zone, the forum runs from 10 a.m. to 12:45 p.m., with Torkildson speaking from 10:45 to 11:15 a.m. Eastern time attendees can join from noon to 2:45 p.m.

The registration page describes the program as suitable for both single-owner practices and growing groups with multiple locations. Those unable to attend live can register to receive the recording and use the scorecard independently.

Registration is free at the Advanced Practice Forum registration page.
